Shipping
Orders placed by 12pm (EST), Monday through Friday, usually ship same day (excluding holidays) unless otherwise noted on a product's detail page.
We ship internationally. We ship via US Postal Mail. You can choose your preferred shipping speed and cost during checkout.
Our shipping facility is located in New Jersey. Customers living in New Jersey will typically receive their order within 1-2 business days when selecting our lowest cost shipping option. All other customers should experience normal in-transit times (as listed) for all shipping methods.

Return Policy
With the Cosmetic Aligner dental devices, all sales are final. Once you place an order, your purchase is charged to the credit card provided during checkout. You cannot cancel a purchase or receive a refund for a purchase.
Defective/Damaged Items
If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly replace it. To receive a replacement, you must contact Customer Service (by email, phone, or fax) to obtain an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN#). This EAN# is required in order to process your return and send a replacement. We cannot accept exchanges without an EAN#.
Once you receive your EAN#, pack the item(s) carefully and ship them back to us using the carrier and shipping service of your choice. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items to us. Once we receive your item with its EAN#, we will ship your replacement free of charge.
